Here at Person Centred Psychology and Allied Health we offer evidence-informed and person-centred services for individuals experiencing eating disorders, as well as other concerns relating to eating and body image. Our approach can be described as compassionate, respectful, and centred around non-diet and Health at Every Size (HAES) paradigms.
This means that our clinicians are dedicated to:
1) Addressing harmful eating practices and stigmas that can maintain eating and body image challenges; and
2) Promoting health, wellbeing, and self-compassion for individuals of all body shapes, sizes, and weights.

** Please note: If you are currently at a very low weight (e.g., BMI < 16), experiencing serious complications from an eating disorder, and/or needing urgent support, you may be suited to a higher level of care than we can provide. Please feel free to contact our admin team to discuss alternative options for support.
