How does it work?
Individual counselling is conducted face-to-face or virtually in a safe and respectful manner. Your psychologist will work with you to understand your struggles and tailor the therapy to your needs.
Our psychologists use well-researched therapeutic approaches that are shown to be effective, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, ISTPD and more.
