Individual counselling is conducted face-to-face in a safe and respectful manner. Your psychologist will take the time to really understand you as a person. They will recognise how your current situation or mental health symptoms, such as depression or anxiety, are preventing you from living the life you desire. Our psychologists use therapeutic approaches that are well researched and shown to be effective, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The skills of our psychologists cover a diverse range of presentations and issues. After your initial call, you will be carefully placed with the psychologist who is best qualified to work with you.
