Uncovery is an eating disorder recovery coaching service that is dedicated to helping individuals reach their recovery goals in daily life. We do this through a range of support services including: Recovery Coaching, Meal Support, In-Home Cooking, Grocery Shopping and Live-in/Transitional support that are available both in-person, and virtually.

We know that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach with recovery, so we make it our priority to individualise each coaching program, whilst collaborating closely with the rest of the treatment team each step of the way.

It is our goal to help our clients establish healthy relationship with food and body, develop new coping skills and strategies, and build a life with meaning and purpose beyond the eating disorder.

The Conscious Combat Club combines consciousness with the physicality of martial arts to facilitate a shift from a defensive mindset to an offensive one. By encouraging individuals to delve into their vulnerabilities and process their trauma, they can unlock their body's complete strength and potential. The club adopts a trauma-informed approach to teaching combat, aiming to broaden people's ability to tolerate challenging situations.

Georgia, an experienced martial artist with 15 years of practice, has witnessed numerous women undergo personal transformations through their martial arts journey. Recognizing that traditional martial arts schools pose obstacles for women, Georgia collaborates with each client to establish a secure and inclusive learning environment. At Person Centred Psychology, classes are conducted in groups of a maximum of 6 women, emphasizing empowerment, fostering a connection with the body, and incorporating movement-based mindfulness.
