Supervision for Clinical Registrars, Early Career and experiened Psychologists.
Person Centred Psychology & Allied Health is proud to have several board approved supervisors working within the practice. These psychologists have attended additional training to ensure they are well equipped to provide supervision to psychologists across the development spectrum. Please note, we are not currently taking provisional psychologists as we do not have adequate resource to provide the high level of support provisional psychologists deserve.
Supervisors currently accepting psychologists for supervision include:
Tegan Bradilovic
Tegan is a clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience across private practice, workplace and forensic settings. She provides high-quality supervision for general psychologists, with a focus on developing strong foundational clinical skills, ethical decision-making, and reflective practice.
Her supervision style is collaborative and supportive, aiming to help psychologists build confidence, competence, and a sustainable professional identity across diverse client presentations and practice contexts. Tegan is passionate about providing supervision to early career general psychologists working with adults in private practice settings.
Tegan’s clinical interests include working with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use disorders and misuse and neurodiversity. She draws on therapeutic approaches including CBT, ACT and schema therapy.
Deb Newburn
Deb is an experienced clinical psychologist who has a broad knowledge of psychological assessment and treatment. Deb has supervised provisional and early career psychologists for approximately 10 years, and also enjoys providing supervision to experienced psychologists working with clients with eating disorders, disorder eating, and general adult mental health difficulties. Deb integrates compassion focussed therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, and attachment oriented theory in to her clinical practice.
Deb’s supervision is informed by a compassion oriented framework which focuses on creating a warm and non-judgemental space through which to openly reflect on clinical practice, with a strong commitment to be helpful and provide support to enhance competency and consistently provide safe and effective psychologist services. Deb has developed an internal training for the team at Person Centred Psychology & Allied Health to provide a deep and uplifting understanding of the new Code of Conduct for Psychologists and the Professional Competencies for Psychologists. As such, she is well placed to support the integration of these standards in to supervision.
If you want to be encouraged and supported to continue to grow as a psychologist, Deb may be the supervisor for you.
Both Tegan and Deb can provide in person supervision in our South Melbourne office, and can provide supervision for psychologists across Australia via Telehealth. Call (03) 9645 5677 or email intake@pcpsychology.com.au to enquire. Deb and Tegan will both happily provide a 15 minute screening call to assess good fit for supervision.
